AP Micro Air Pumps

Compact and portable – AP Micro Air Pumps are an affordable solution for battery powered applications where space is at a minimum.

Ideal for any industry, these pumps are unique because of their rotary diaphragm, size, and lower maximum pressure abilities.  Please note these pumps only create pressure for air flow.

Nylon 6

A Design Specific Plastic

Nylon 6 is a great body material choice when applications require the following:

• Air/gas flow

• Slightly higher heat resistance ranging
  from 200-250° F

• Black color option for discretion

This body material is not recommended for liquid applications because it tends to swell over time.  If your application operates at a temperature range over 180° F, Nylon 6 is an ideal option because it works well up to 250° F. 

Smart Products manufactures Nylon 6 in black and natural for our 100 Series Cartridge Valves (pictured at top right), 200 Series NPT Valves, and 300 Series Modular Valves.  The black color option is ideal for customers who want the valves to blend in with a particular application.
