Compact in size and powerful in performance, it’s the newest member of our Smart Products family – the SP 4000 Air Pump.  At 0.64” in thickness, this pump has a barbed inlet and outlet, a standard DC motor, and a maximum voltage of 3.7 VDC.

“The new SP4000 Air Pump is a great addition to our current line of pumps.  It has the capability to create a vacuum and pressure and would be ideal for a variety of applications from medical to recreational,” says Product & Application Specialist Joshua DeLaura.

Features of this pocket-size diaphragm pump include:
-Maximum flow of 1.1 LPM
-Maximum output pressure of 9.0 PSI
-Maximum vacuum of 25 in Hg
-Maximum current of 0.5 amps

DeLaura continues to add, “This pump is different from the current air pumps we offer.   It’s almost a hybrid of the Series 8000 and our AP Micro pumps because it’s a single diaphragm and fits into tight spaces, but it’s truly unique because it has an inlet and an outlet.”

Series 300: Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions from Our Customers about
our Series 300 Modular Check Valves

Question:
Are the 300 series check valves a quick disconnecting design?

The 300 series valves are not a quick disconnecting design and are not designed to be taken apart. The valves are modular, which allows for application versatility. End fittings can be mixed and matched as per customer needs and design.

Question:
For applications that require high heat or vibration, what keeps the end fitting from becoming disconnected?

We use special tooling during manufacturing and we offer a hot melt option, upon request, to bond the end fittings together.

Question:
The #315 is described as a Foot/Filtering end fitting, is there a filter in the #315?

There is no internal filter present in the 315. However, the design of the fitting allows for air or liquid to vent to atmosphere, while preventing larger debris from entering by way of the vent portion of the fitting.

Question:
My application has two different tubing sizes that I need to connect, am I able to do that with the 300 series?

Absolutely. The 300 series is a modular valve, which gives us the ability to design it with two different end fittings to meet your project requirements.
