The 111 Barbed Cartridge Check Valve differs from traditional inline valves as it contains the entire valve in a barbed body that slides into pliable ΒΌ" I.D. (inner diameter) tubing. Its ribs or "barbs" securely hold the valve in place inside the tube – eliminating leakage and shuttling of the valve. Because of its efficient design, the 111 Check Valve is a cost effective solution compared to alternative inline check valves.
Ideal for a wide range of applications, including biomedical industry and medical devices, the 111 Barbed Cartridge Check Valve is available in a range of materials and opening pressures from 0.10 to 20 PSI. A reverse flow model is also available (118 Cartridge Check Valve).
Smart Products cartridge check valves provide accurate, reliable control of fluid or gas in low pressure, low flow OEM systems and are often a less expensive alternative to metal valves, which are often subject to corrosion.
